RMA Request Form (Word Doc)

Should you need to return a product for any reason, then please follow the instructions below;

1. Fill in all blank spaces on the RMA template (Click here for a blank RMA form)
2. Email the completed RMA request form to luke.c@i-groupuk.com 
3. Include a copy of the RMA form in with your return shipment and ship for Luke Campion’s attention
4. Ship RMA to;

Please ensure all blank spaces are completed on the RMA form and attach pictures / videos if possible which show the fault(s).

*Please note that when packing returns, if the product is packed in an unfit way which could hinder testing, then it could be rejected*
