Intelligent Group Solutions aims to provide defect free products to its customers, on time and within budget. IGS operates a Quality Management System that has gained ISO9001:2015 certification including aspects specific to specialist application solutions and the purchase and supply of quality electronic displays and optoelectronic products, either as standalone or as part of contract manufactured solutions.
The purpose of the Quality Management System is to ensure that components and services provided to our customers meet or exceed their expectations.
The company operates a system that regularly evaluates its processes and customer needs, and sets quantifiable objectives with plans in place to give continuous improvement of product and service to our customers whilst addressing all current and applicable legislation.
The system comprises procedures, instructions and specifications and will:
